Producing and shipping
Your carefully crafted Andera pieces are on their way to you soon.
We want your ordering experience to be about more than just choosing the right garment. We also want the entire process to be clear and predictable. Below, we have summarised the key information about production and shipping.
Production time
Andera products are made to order. This allows us to create each garment according to your selected specifications, but production takes time.
The estimated production time may vary depending on the type of product and the details of your order. Please allow 5–10 days for practicewear and 10–15 days for dance dresses.
When placing your order, please also check any additional information provided on the product page. If you need an item sooner than the stated timeframe, you can let us know when placing your order, send us a message, or contact us by phone so we can discuss the possibilities.
Shipping and delivery
Once your order has been completed, we will arrange for your parcel to be dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination country. Before completing your order, please check the available shipping options and costs displayed at checkout.
Shipping address
Please make sure to provide your correct name, address and contact details when placing your order. Accurate information helps ensure that your parcel reaches you without any problems.
If you notice that you have entered incorrect details after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Has your parcel arrived?
When receiving your parcel, we recommend checking the condition of the outer packaging. If you notice any damage, please report it to the courier and contact us.
Returns and the Right of Withdrawal
If you experience a problem with your order, for example if the size is unsuitable, please contact us by email or phone.
For standard models available on our website, the right of withdrawal applies in accordance with applicable legislation. For products made according to the customer’s individual measurements or specific custom requirements, statutory exceptions may apply. Therefore, the 14-day right of withdrawal may not be applicable to these products.

Shipping
In Romania your package will be delivered by courier or post Shipping cost inland is 25 RON or 19 RON for every package, and its added to the initial price of your order. Your package will be delivered to your home, you have to pay for it when you receive it. The delivery time is 10-15 working days.
We execute orders from abroad too, in this case please send us your exact shipping address by e-mail, and we will calculate the shipping cost, and the delivery time for you.
If you have any problems with the products you ordered (ex. the size doesn’t fit, you want an another colour etc.), you can return it within 10 days, we will replace it, or send your money back. In both cases the transport costs lies on you.
